It should have been dated the 26<\/span><sup>th<\/sup><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">. I have been chasing around this morning trying to make things just a little more comfortable around our home. Getting wood and various things. Dunevant [sp?] is boiling some clothes this morning. So far we have not had the cooties but we are not bragging.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">This is another beautiful day and everything seems cheery,&#8211;but little activity on this front now but hard to tell when things will break loose. Any minute might bring forth something. I read a bulletin this morning saying that Pres. Wilson had referred the armistice proposal to the other allied countries. I hope hat something will come of it, but we cannot tell.
